At Focus 1st Academy, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is our highest priority. In line with Keeping Children Safe in Education and Working Together to Safeguard Children, we ensure all staff are trained, vigilant and confident in recognising, recording and reporting concerns. We follow clear procedures, work closely with external agencies, and maintain a culture where safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.
